A list price, manufacturer self-pay offer and telehealth membership are different amounts. These are published US product prices, subject to prescription, eligibility, dose and current offer terms.

Wegovy cost without insurance
NovoCare offers separate prices for the Wegovy pill and pen. For the pen, the $199 starting price is limited to eligible new patients, the 0.25 and 0.5 mg strengths, and two monthly fills through December 31, 2026. Later fills of the listed standard pen strengths are $349 each under the current self-pay offer; Wegovy HD is $399. The pill’s prices vary by strength from $149 to $299 for 30 tablets. A provider visit, membership, laboratory work or delivery charge may be separate. Ask for the specific prescribed product and strength before treating an introductory price as your future cost.
Ozempic cost without insurance
NovoCare’s Ozempic pen self-pay terms list $199 for each of the first two eligible starter-strength 28-day fills, then $349 for 0.25, 0.5 or 1 mg and $499 for 2 mg under its standard offer. To qualify for the starter price, the injection prescription must be written and received by the pharmacy by December 31, 2026, and shipped by January 31, 2027. The same program lists Ozempic tablets at $149 for 1.5 mg, $199 for 4 mg and $299 for 9 mg per 30-tablet bottle. The 1.5 mg strength is the initial dose, not an ongoing maintenance quote. Those tablet prices do not use the pen's two-fill promotion. The program requires a prescription for an FDA-approved Ozempic indication and prohibits submitting its self-pay purchases to insurance for reimbursement.
Neither form is approved as a weight-loss drug. Ozempic’s official product page distinguishes the tablets' type 2 diabetes indications from the pen's additional indications. Someone comparing weight-management treatment should not assume that an Ozempic offer applies to them. A clinician decides what is appropriate.
Why we do not show a single 12-month drug total
The product, formulation, prescribed strength, number of fills and promotion eligibility can all change. An introductory price for two fills cannot be multiplied by 12, and a care membership must be added separately if you use one. Build a payment timeline from your prescription and checkout disclosure: first fill, offer expiry, later fills and any care fee.
The online provider table shows which programs charge a separate care fee. Compounded products are a different category: the FDA says they are not FDA approved. Do not use a compounded price as if it were the price of Wegovy or Ozempic.
