A practical walkthrough

How to get GLP-1 online, from first form to first bill.

There is no universal checkout price. The process depends on clinical eligibility, the medicine prescribed, where you live, and how each service bills you.

The journey

Four steps. Four price checkpoints.

01

Compare the type of program

Start by checking whether the advertised offer is a care membership, medication-included program, or access to a particular brand-name medicine. An FDA-approved medication and a compounded drug are not interchangeable price categories.

Price checkpointIs the first number a consultation, a membership, the medicine, or all three?
02

Complete a clinical assessment

An online provider may ask for health history and arrange a visit or other screening. A licensed clinician decides whether a prescription is appropriate. An eligibility form is not a guarantee of treatment.

Price checkpointAre assessment, lab work, and follow-up visits included? What happens to a fee if you are not eligible?
03

Review the actual prescription and pharmacy

If prescribed, confirm the exact product and fulfillment route. The FDA advises patients to use a prescription from a clinician and a state-licensed pharmacy, and warns that compounded GLP-1 products are not FDA approved.

Price checkpointIs the medication billed separately? Does its price change with product, quantity, or a limited-time offer?
04

Check renewal before paying

Read the recurring charge, billing interval, prepaid commitment, and cancellation terms. A “$99/month” rate billed quarterly can mean a larger charge at renewal.

Take the next step

Read the bill before the promise.
